Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole. – Roger Caras
Hope4Paws Animal Rescue Inc is a registered not-for-profit organisation that is run by volunteers and relies entirely on foster carers, donations, and fundraising initiatives to keep saving lives.
The rescue was founded by two animal lovers who have spent years in various rescue roles that share a passion and commitment for animal welfare with a dedication to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming dogs who have been displaced through no fault of their own.
With a no kill philosophy, we do not discriminate against age, breed or size and are committed to dogs that are without family, love, or representation.
Foster carers are unique individual/s who dedicate their time to looking after, nurturing, and loving animals that have ended up in pounds across Australia through no fault of their own. One of the most rewarding experiences for our carers is helping an animal discover who they are and learning how to trust again.
Foster carers provide love and support for animals who need temporary care prior to becoming available for adoption. We endeavour to place animals with people/families that suit individual lifestyles, ensuring the experience is enjoyable for the animal and foster carer.
Adopting a new best friend will likely be one of the most rewarding experiences you ever have. We believe in setting our dogs up for success and believe our policies are incredibly important in maintaining a happy, healthy dog and creating a long-lasting bond between people and their furry best friends.
We maintain strict protocols to ensure the health and safety of our volunteers and animals, which is priority as we progress to a COVID-normal. In line with government guidelines, we are taking the necessary precautions with safety front of mind. We are committed to the highest standards of health and safety for our volunteers, foster carers, staff, adopters, and the general public.
